Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to enroll?
No. But, we appreciate it. Special offers are seasonal!
Do I pay more when I shop this way?
No, when you connect to merchants through this site it is the same site as if you connected through any search engine. The difference is who gets paid and how much.
The student I want to support is not listed.
The student must be enrolled in the program for their name to appear in the student finder. Let the student know.
What if I am a student and my name is not listed?
Under the menu click on students and sign up. If you are under 13 years of age a signed parental consent form must be sent in before we can set up your account.
How are the commissions split?
It is always a 70%/30% split of total commission paid between the student and the school. When a transaction happens with a corporate sponsor or merchant from the right side of the screen the student receives 70%. With all other merchants the school receives the 70%.
How do I know the school is getting paid for my loyalty shopping?
All transactions are tracked electronically (like at a bank). The school and student you support have their respective account history. If you have questions use the email link at the bottom of this page.
How do I know my student is getting credit?
All transactions are tracked electronically (like at a bank). For the benefit of your student we recommend informing them of every purchase or transaction you make. With help even the youngest child can learn good habits. Responsible children are the key to a bright future! Tracking can take 15 to 60 days to appear in the student transaction history of their account. Every merchant is different. Please be patient.
How do I know which student is getting credit for my shopping?
If you have selected a student a welcome appears on the left side of the screen above the menu. It names the student who will be credited for your shopping. If the name is incorrect click on supporter and take the necessary action. For assistance call 800-681 5152.
What if I have problems with a purchase?
Contact the customer service department of the merchant you did business with. Every merchant is responsible for satisfying their customers. You should always read the companies terms and conditions before doing business with them. If you can not resolve the problem please let us know of the situation by email below. We will not tolerate any merchant who can not satisfy their customers.
What are the most cost effective ways to support this program?
There are services that pay commission that costs you $0.00. i.e.: credit card approvals, loan applications, insurance quotes etc. Check commissions in the menu. Fees are paid sometimes just for inquiries.
